This FUSION project will help the company to develop and improve operational processes at TWC’s warehousing facility to keep pace with sales growth and increase operational efficiency and performance. The project will predominantly focus on the design and implementation of new plant and pumping equipment, new process development within the facility including new technologies, systems and processes to support the increase in production.
