What is it?
SELECT is a new capacity building programme that addresses key skills shortages within the social enterprise sector. The programme empowers social enterprise leaders with the commercial acumen to drive economic growth and profitability. SELECT includes a tailored learning curriculum, 1-to-1 leadership coaching and bespoke business mentoring to help enterprises grow their profits to support their overarching social mission.
Who is it for?
SELECT is open to social enterprises in Northern Ireland and Ireland that are actively seeking to grow their commercial revenues. Participants must be trading commercially for at least 12 months, and wholly or partially, involved in manufacturing products or offering tradable services. As this is an executive-level programme, the CEO/Managing Director must be the primary participant. A second, senior college may also participate.
