NiSoft is established as a world leader in lock out, tag out and safety documentation management solutions and is focused on the power and petro-chemical industries to which they market internationally. NiSoft released a web built version of their software Eclipse 3 (e3) in 2013 and need to develop a new toolset to assist the users in the management of outages which are periods where sites such as power stations need to be closed down for maintenance purposes. These outages can cost the customer in the region of £1,000,000 per day and are business critical to get right. Through FUSION the company aim to provide a toolset to sell to new and existing customers which will have a substantial increase in turnover and profit for the company.
