Matflo Engineering undertakes steel fabrication works and repairs to feed milling components. The fabrication includes steel structures for a range of industries. General maintenance services are provided to industrial plants including feed mills, waste water treatment plants, local authorities, fertilizer plants and recycling facilities. Matflo are exclusive agents for Andritz Feed and Biofuel and Muller Beltex on the island of Ireland, for the supply of pelleting consumables and wearing parts.

Project Description

This project will focus on the design and development of a new service for the refurbishment of feed mill ring dies and rollers. This includes adaptation of a water jetting machine incorporating a modified existing high pressure water source. The water jetting machine will form part of the overall system, made up of existing individual machines e.g. vertical boring machine, cleaning machine, hydraulic press and a recently sourced automatic countersinking machine. The water jetting machine will be tested, CE marked and comply with relevant regulations (Puwer).
