This FUSION Project will bring bespoke ingredients that meet technical, organoleptic or functional challenges to Cloverhill’s existing bakery and other food applications’ customers, develop its own ingredient blends instead of buying them in, and offer support services to its existing and new in-store bakery retail customers.
