Project Description
This FUSION project will embed a technical and new product development capability within the company to increase Irish retail and food service market penetration, and enter export retail and food service markets, with existing and new added value vegan products, and to improve processes from preparation and cooking to portioning and chilling. New products will include stuffed peppers, vegan sausages, burgers, chili con carne and Bolognese. The investment in manufacturing processes will increase capacity, reduce waste, and enable product range extension.
