With 14 products in its portfolio, it is constantly looking for new innovative ideas to disrupt the market and satisfy consumers. It has been the market leader as the first and only Eco-Certified self-tan brand in the world. In 2018, the brand was also accredited by the Vegan society, which broadened its target market.

Project Description

This process improvement project will significantly enhance business competitiveness through designing, developing and implementing an integrated Management Information System. Furthermore, this project will include a thorough review and (re) development of TanOrganic's end-to-end business processes to improve cost, service and quality. The supplementary benefits of increased export and customer opportunities due to enhanced data analytics and improved e-commerce capability will also be realised.
