CARD (Client Analysis and Relationship Development) Group is a research agency that works predominantly in the retail property sector. The company conduct consumer surveys with visitors to understand their perspective on the venue. This allows the company’s clients to amend their offer to better suit the customer base and hence maintain and grow market share. The FUSION Project aims to develop a new service that will trace the path that visitors take around a venue such as a shopping centre using the latest web technologies and mobile telephone tracking capabilities on an ‘opt-in’ basis. The FUSION graduate will develop a web based software solution to present the information captured in graph and chart format so that clients can interrogate the information on screen, potentially in real time.
