What is Trade Missions @ Home?
If you're export-ready and have a product you want sell across the border, our Trade Missions @ Home programme is here to help you succeed.
Our programme offers small and medium sized enterprises (SME), including social enterprises, a support package worth over £5,000. This InterTradeIreland initiative offers up to five days of specialised mentoring and sales training to empower your business to reach its full export potential. Our team will identify and prospect up to six sales opportunities for you, as well as provide coaching in cross-border sales techniques to set you up for long-term sustainable success.
InterTradeIreland will run two trade missions in 2025:
- For food & beverage companies based in Northern Ireland
- For agri-tech/manufacturing companies based in Ireland.
Who is it for?
The Trade Missions @ Home programme has been designed for SMEs (including social enterprises) who are looking to take their cross-border exports to the next level. Whether you’re a seasoned exporter, or exporting your products for the very first time, this programme will generate valuable new sales opportunities and set you up with the knowledge and skills required for long-term success.
The programme is open to SMEs that meet the eligibility criteria and who are committed to expanding their cross-border sales. SMEs who have limited or no experience in cross-border trade are particularly encouraged to apply.
Successful applicants will be asked to contribute a £250 / €300 entry fee.* (See eligibility criteria)
