Investment Planning Workshops Online 2026

The objective of the investment planning workshops is to help early-stage businesses develop comprehensive business plans/slide decks to support their ambitions for growth and to assist in raising investment finance. The workshop uses the ‘Business Cube’ methodology to develop holistic and iterative plans that evolve as a business idea develops into a commercial proposition. This online investment planning workshop has been divided into five 90-minute sessions over five days, running from 10:00am to 12pm each day, from Monday 22nd June until Friday 26th June 2026. The dates are as follows:

Part One: Monday 22nd June, 10:00am –12pm

• Basic Principles & Introduction to the Business Cube

Part Two: Tuesday 23rd June 10:00am – 12pm

• Identifying the proposition – Market, Competitors and Product

Part Three: Wednesday 24th June, 10:00am – 12pm

• Creating the proposition – Marketing, Management Team and Operations

Part Four: Thursday 25th June, 10:00am – 12pm

• Delivering and financing the business – Risks, Financial plan and Funding

Part Five: Friday 26th June, 10:00am – 12pm

• Bringing together the plan and clearly communicating the proposition
