Kieran O'Donoghue, Cluster Manager of the AgriTech Ireland Cluster at Munster Technological University, works with SMEs to accelerate innovation, collaboration, and business growth across the AgriTech sector.

With an engineering background and 20+ years' experience in manufacturing and technology implementation, supporting companies to move from idea to market through innovation programmes, collaborative R&D, and funding supports. He works closely with agencies, including InterTradeIreland, supporting SME growth. Through the cluster, Kieran has supported companies with product development, process optimisation, and international market growth.

Dessie Brady

Dessie Brady is a senior Food Technologist at CAFRE’s Loughry Campus in Cookstown, with extensive experience in food operations and food manufacturing environments.

He leads projects focused on innovation, sustainability, and operational improvement across the agri-food sector. His role centres on working with industry, education, and engineering partners to enable the safe adoption of new technologies, build skills capability, and drive long-term sector growth.
