Master Chef of Great Britain, Bob brings decades of restaurant industry experience to the company. Originally from Glasgow, he joined founder Susie Hamilton Stubber in 2017 after the pair met at a Dublin food trade show. Since then, Bob has driven the creation of an acclaimed product range supplied to customers including Harrods, Avoca and Aer Lingus, alongside export markets in the Middle East, earning numerous UK Great Taste and Blás na hÉireann awards.
