At Delta, Amy leads investments in early-stage companies spanning diverse sectors, championing entrepreneurs who are shaping the future and building high-impact, inclusive businesses.
Before joining Delta, Amy was a Senior Vice President at Mastercard, where she headed the global fintech team. She was instrumental in creating and delivering Mastercard’s acclaimed Start Path program—an award-winning platform that supported nearly 300 startups which have since collectively raised billions of dollars. During her tenure, Amy drove partnerships with governments and NGOs to launch initiatives supporting women entrepreneurs and cybersecurity innovators, furthering her commitment to tech that impacts society for the better.
With more than 20 years’ experience in technology, venture investing, business development, and corporate innovation, Amy has partnered with hundreds of startups across fintech, cybersecurity, data analytics, and commerce worldwide. Originally from the UK and now based in Dublin, she holds a PhD in Computational Linguistics from Cardiff University and is a passionate advocate for a more inclusive, thriving technology ecosystem.
