Aidan Doherty Fellow Chartered Accountant, is CEO and founder of MOAT, bringing over 30 years' senior leadership, transformation and commercial experience across Financial Services, Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences and Supply Chain. A Chartered Accountant and former Head of KBC Bank Northern Ireland, Aidan has led complex international transformation programmes, including major digital and supply chain initiatives within global pharmaceutical organisations. He combines board-level leadership with hands-on expertise in Supply Chain Transformation, Digital Transformation, Process Optimisation, Data Management and Change Management. Aidan also leads MOAT's work with InterTradeIreland, helping SMEs strengthen capability, improve supply chain resilience and build the credibility required to secure new commercial opportunities.
