InterTradeIreland wishes to appoint a suitably qualified contractor to complete an Interim Evaluation of the current Synergy Programme Phase II followed by an Economic Appraisal of the Synergy Programme Phase III.
The appointed contractor(s) will be required to deliver:
- A robust evaluation of Synergy Programme Phase II with evidence-based insights.
- An economic appraisal assessing the feasibility of a further phase of Synergy Programme Phase III in accordance with Better Business Cases NI guidance.
