InterTradeIreland wishes to appoint a suitably qualified contractor to complete a combined interim assessment of the current Phase VI Innovation Boost Programme and Economic Appraisal of the Innovation Boost Programme Phase VII.
The appointed contractor will be required to deliver:
- An evaluation that includes a robust assessment of the appropriateness of the current programme and delivery model and provide evidenced scoping of any potential redeveloped future focused delivery models.
- An economic appraisal assessing the feasibility of a further phase of Innovation Boost in accordance with Better Business Cases NI guidance.
