What is the Cluster-to-Cluster Project Development Fund?

The Shared Island Cluster‑to‑Cluster Project Development Fund supports jointly governed, industry‑led collaborations between clusters in Ireland and Northern Ireland. Projects must deliver tangible business outcomes, such as new collaborative projects, develop supply and value chain linkages, focus on talent and skills initiatives, increased exports and/or the adoption of new technologies or early‑stage pilots etc. Projects must be industry‑led, jointly governed, and designed for collective benefit across both jurisdictions.

Who is it for?

Recognised cluster organisations / initiatives (including early‑stage clusters partnering with an established cluster). Cross‑sector collaborations are welcome. Each application must include two clusters, at least one cluster from each jurisdiction (Ireland & Northern Ireland). Additional clusters or delivery partners may be included where they provide distinct expertise and a clearly defined role that materially enhances project delivery and impact.
