Overview

Wayne Dignam has over fifteen years of experience in tendering from his experience running Tender Team, one of Ireland's most successful tendering consultancies. He has helped his clients win significant contracts throughout Ireland, Northern Ireland, and in many countries around the world. He has an excellent success rate and has a proven mentoring methodology that delivers results.

Wayne has a degree in Maths and Engineering, and a Master's degree in Engineering and another Master's degree in Business. He is accredited with the Association of
Proposal Managers Professionals (APMP) and has provided Continuous Professional Development (CPD) training to members of professional organisations such as Engineers Ireland, Royal Institute of Architects in Ireland (RIAI), the Construction Industry Federation (CIF), the Law Society and Chartered Accountants Ireland.

Wayne has expertise in mentoring companies from many sectors, working on individual submissions, joint consortia submissions, EU funding applications, as well as a range of strategic engagements. He has been the bid manager on significant winning tenders and he mentors companies by providing the following mentoring services:

  • Review of previous submissions and provision of a feedback TenderScore report with a plan for improvement.
  • Implementation of an effective and improved tender management TenderSmart programme, to improve win rates.
  • Active tender management on must win tenders with an excellent success rate.
  • Development of tender templates of excellent answers for re-using and adapting for a range of tender submissions, through the Tender2Win template development portal.
