Overview
With over 15 years’ experience in winning tenders and successfully mentoring clients on the Go-2-Tender Programme and private clients, Sheena is an expert in interpreting, advising, creating, and writing tender responses across the public sector with small to medium sized enterprises, in particular. She carefully gets to know her clients, and their skills and needs in order to deliver an optimum service.
Sheena has a 95% win rate with her clients and only advises time and effort be spent on tenders they have a decent chance of winning. When a client has never tendered before, she guides them through choosing the right tender in line with the direction of their organisation, to understanding the tender documents and how to answer each section effectively. She assists in positioning an organisation to win each time they tender. Sheena has helped clients to win tenders ranging in value from £25,000 to over £500m.
Sheena Lowey has a BA in Marketing & Languages and is APMP Certified.
