He has held senior roles including Managing Director and Operations Director at Bombardier Aerospace (NI), Group Director of Business Development with the Schivo Group (Ireland), and Director of Business Development with the Emerald Aero Group (Ireland).

In 2017, Sean founded QCD Solutions, a consultancy that partners with businesses and government agencies to drive international growth, optimise operations, and strengthen supply chains. His strategic expertise enables organisations to overcome complex challenges, secure new opportunities, and deliver sustainable performance improvements.

Sean has a strong track record in public sector tender submissions, successfully preparing and securing bids for clients across Ireland and the UK. His experience spans government-funded supports, EU programmes, and agency-backed initiatives, giving him in-depth knowledge of compliance, evaluation processes, and bid optimisation strategies.

He brings an extensive global network of senior contacts across OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and industry bodies, and has consistently delivered significant contract wins for clients. Sean is an active member of the Institute of Operations Management, the Northern Ireland Aerospace, Defence & Security Council, and the Northern Ireland Seedcorn Assessors Panel.
