Prior to moving into consultancy, Simon was employed as export sales manager for County Derry-based Sperrin Metal Products Ltd. During this period, he was responsible for all public sector tendering work across NI, Republic of Ireland, UK and overseas.

Simon established Full Circle in 2005 and has built the business to become one of Ireland’s leading management consultancy practices. We work with SME clients across both NI, ROI and as far away as India and Sri Lanka to drive positive change and achieve real business growth.

Our core ethos has always been about ‘rolling up the sleeves and getting stuck in’ in order to move clients from talking about doing something to actually doing it. In the field of selling to the public sector, Simon has a wealth of experience – over 20 years - of providing practical support to SME clients to identify, target and exploit public sector sales opportunities.

Some of Simon’s recent projects have involved working with SME clients from both NI and ROI who were seeking to secure public sector contracts for the provision of everything from commercial vehicles, IT hardware and software, building products to professional services. Target customers for these clients have ranged from education authorities, health authorities, local government bodies, and charities.

Simon’s approach is very ‘hands on’. This typically quality assuring tenders or even writing tenders in partnership with the client to maximise the probability of the client securing the contract. In the last 10 years, Simon has assisted businesses to secure public sector contracts equating to at least £/€15 million.
