Overview

Roisin Mallon has a wealth of tendering experience worldwide. With over eighteen years’ experience, she specialises in bid management and coaching, in both the commercial and public sectors. Having begun her career with an Indian conglomerate, Roisin has extensive experience in offshore and nearshore methods, as well as UK-centric and cross-border bidding. Over the past number of years, she has worked with small local firms with no tendering experience, through to large national and multi-national firms with full bid teams, enabling them to deliver world-class bids, and ultimately, win more business. Contributing to her varied experience, Roisin has worked on projects in the UK, Ireland, the USA, Holland, France, India, Vietnam, South Africa, Nigeria, Ghana, and Australia to name a few.

Whilst tendering best practice is sector-agnostic, Roisin’s wealth of experience spans all industries, sectors, products, and services – from the standard to the unusual!

As a Bid Coach and Mentor, Roisin has advised on almost 500 tenders since 2015. She has an excellent track record of getting suppliers pre-qualified and in winning business, as well as getting organisations ‘tender-ready’.

Roisin is an accredited member of the Association of Proposal Management professionals (APMP), and has been involved in the UK Board for some years, including sitting on the judging panel for the annual APMP Awards.

She is the only person in Northern Ireland, and one of 55 worldwide, to be accredited to Professional Level by the APMP. She is also chair of the Ireland chapter of the APMP, and an approved APMP trainer and examiner, as well as being a registered mentor for others working towards accreditation.

She was named in the APMP Global 40 under 40 for 2018 in recognition of her contribution to the industry and has presented on the same at the Annual APMP Conference.
