Ronan Quinn founded Alexandra Advisory to support business leaders navigating complex growth, transformation, and funding environments, including public and private sector tendering. He brings strategic clarity, financial depth, and operational rigour to every engagement, helping organisations compete confidently and compliantly for contracts.

A Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) with over 20 years’ senior experience, Ronan has held C-suite and board-level roles across multinational and SME organisations. His cross-sector experience includes real estate, renewables, logistics, consumer products, professional services, aircraft leasing, and IT manufacturing, all regulated industry sectors where procurement sophistication and compliance are essential. He has overseen and advised on full-cycle tendering processes, from prequalification and commercial strategy through to pricing models, stakeholder engagement, governance, and bid submission.

Ronan’s track record includes public sector tenders, strategic consortia bids, cross-border procurement, and private equity-backed commercial proposals. He is known for his calm, outcome-driven approach, bringing structure and clarity to fast-moving, high-stakes tender processes. Whether strengthening financial documentation, aligning capabilities to bid requirements, or advising on bid/no-bid decisions, Ronan partners closely with clients to increase win probability and strategic alignment.
