Circular Bio-based Europe Joint Undertaking Information Event 2026

InterTradeIreland, in partnership with the Circular Bio-Based Europe Joint Undertaking (CBE JU), the Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine, the Department of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs and other supporting bodies, is hosting an event for innovators and businesses interested in advancing competitive circular bio-based industries.

CBE JU, a €2 billion partnership between the European Union and the Bio-based Industries Consortium (BIC), funds projects focused on research, demonstration, and industrial deployment. More information about the open calls is available at: www.cbe.europa.eu/open-calls-proposals.

The event aims to encourage north/south applications from the island of Ireland for the upcoming CBE JU 2026 call for project proposals, which opens for submissions on 23 April 2026.
