WeGrow
For ambitious women founders ready to step back, refocus and build a clear strategy for business growth.
What is it?
WeGrow is a six-month all-island growth programme designed to support established businesses to take a more strategic approach. It offers the time, structure and support needed to step back from day-to-day activity and focus on your strategic direction, ensuring that business growth is grounded in strong strategic foundations. Participants will join a group of like-minded founders to analyse and reflect on their business, while engaging in in-person events, online workshops, peer learning and expert guidance.
The programme will run across six cohorts in total, concluding in 2028. We are currently recruiting for Cohort 3 (11 places) and Cohort 4 (25 places). Places on Cohort 3 are limited due to strong demand and oversubscription for previous cohorts.
WeGrow is delivered by Women in Business NI and Network Ireland
Who is it for?
The programme is ideal for women entrepreneurs and founders whose businesses:
- Are established and trading for at least two years and have a proven product or service and existing customer base
- Are generating revenue but want to grow in a more structured way and are considering expanding beyond their current market, including cross-border.
- Want to take time to focus on strategy before progressing further
It is particularly suited to women entrepreneurs who feel there is more potential in the business but need clarity on next steps; who want to make more informed decisions around growth opportunities, and would benefit from external challenge, structure and direction.
