About the Service Provider

I’ve been running my own consultancy business for over a year now, working across a range of government programmes such as Go Succeed and Innovate UK, as well as with private clients. My work spans various areas including business planning, market research, import/export action plans, data analysis, EDI reviews, business structure setup, process optimisation, and compliance/payroll implementation. I also offer training guidance and global supply chain management support, among other services. Additionally, I’ve been freelancing with Kaizen Business Solutions for the past four years, helping businesses improve processes, efficiency and scalability.

Previously, as Operations Director at an SME based in Dublin, I led European and APAC operations, driving the business's expansion into 11 new markets across the UK, Ireland, Germany, and Singapore. I was responsible for all aspects of operations, market expansion (including market research and exports),service delivery, and account management. I hired over 100 employees, and the company achieved €7m in European sales revenue within its first four years. I navigated complex international challenges, including cross-border regulatory compliance, cultural nuances, sales strategy, supply chain management, and business development. I also managed HR, handled geo-political challenges, ensured Covid-19 compliance, and addressed local government needs.

With over 16 years of experience at firms like PwC, KPMG, and Topia, I’ve developed a wealth of expertise in managing operations and business expansion across diverse sectors.
