Laura Haldane

Laura Haldane is Co-Founder of SciLeads, a lead generation tool for Science. It was started by three friends in their twenties from Belfast, and now has 75 employees globally. As VP of Sales and Marketing Laura has grown the company to millions in ARR, having bootstrapped for the first 1M and then scaling the sales team to over 40 people with the help of a small investment round. With experience building a company organically and also by raising money, Laura is in a unique position to talk about her experiences of both. SciLeads have been listed as one of the fastest growing Tech Companies in Ireland by Deloitte for three years in a row, achieving #10 this year. Laura was named Advocate for Women in Technology at the Deloitte event, as well as Tech Entrepreneur of the Year by Women in Business.
