Karole Egan

Karole is an Investment Advisor on Enterprise Ireland’s Growth Capital team. The Growth Capital team run Enterprise Ireland’s Seed and Venture Capital programme which has committed €642m to 66 VC funds since 1997, leveraging an additional €2.56bn into the Irish VC market. Funds supported under this programme play a key role in the achievement of Enterprise Ireland’s overarching strategic objectives to build scale, increase innovation and assist Irish exporters to diversify on global markets. Karole graduated with a degree in law from University College Cork and holds post graduate qualifications in Finance, Innovation and Strategy. Prior to this role she held a number of positions within Enterprise Ireland in Dublin and overseas.
