Project Description
This process improvement project will significantly enhance business competitiveness through designing, developing and implementing an integrated Management Information System. The project will include a thorough review and (re) development of Shelton’s end-to-end business processes to improve cost, service and quality. The supplementary benefits of increased export and customer opportunities due to enhanced data analytics and improved e-commerce capability will also be realised.
