About the Company

This project is a major process development and systems innovation project to transform the business into a leading edge flexible photopolymer production company. A rapid expansion of the organization in the last 3 years has resulted in three sites operating under differing work processes, procedures and systems causing inefficiencies and capacity utilization issues. Therefore, the overarching objective of this is project is to implement lean and systems thinking, alongside the design, development and implement a bespoke innovative and integrated Management Information Systems (MIS) to facilitate change and enhanced efficiency.
