About the Company
McCloskey’s is a 3rd generation family bakery manufacturing traditional bread products, cakes and some confectionery. The company produces some artisan and speciality products. The company supplies most of its products under the McCloskey’s brand to supermarkets/shops and the remainder through its own branded outlets and food service. The FUSION project aims to develop niche products to supply extended markets though product development with a focus on shelf life extension. It will also review process flows to facilitate new production lines and maximise outputs.
