About the Company

Clarke’s Fresh Fruit would like to establish and embed a structured new product development system within the company to enable them to take advantage of market opportunities that are available to them. The first of these new product opportunities that Clarke’s would like to capitalise upon is for new fruit juices and smoothies using their berries. This project will establish and embed NPD processes that will add value to their business by developing new products using their strawberries, raspberries, blackberries and blueberries, all of which are grown and hand-picked daily at their site in Co Meath.
