Aran Ard Teoranta is a manufacturer of bread, baked goods and gluten free products. The products are distributed under “Gallagher’s Bakery” “PureBred” and own brand varieties to the large retail multiples in the UK and Ireland, as well as to export customers in Australia. The FUSION project is to develop and embed a New Product Development system while developing 3 new products through to full scale production. The project will include developing standard operating procedures to optimise quality and reduce levels of waste.
