Food Nutrition and Innovations Limited t/a Good4U is an award-winning company, which makes over 50 products in the catering, adult & children’s healthy snacks and foods industry. The entire product range contains no added sugar, is free from nuts and boasts many nutritional claims. Good4U products are on the shelves of some of the largest retail chains in the world in both branded and private label. The company works continuously on developing innovative healthy products to meet the shifting demands and trends of a dynamic market. Good4U has an array of product innovations on the horizon and are continuously coming up with new ideas and flavours to add to the sprout, seed and bite family. The overall aim of the project is to allow the company to develop new export markets by increasing the shelf life of a range of health foods. This will be achieved by better understanding the way in which the products degrade during storage, through improved packaging and by using modified atmosphere packaging
