About the Company

The aim of this project is to develop robust automated, seizure, fall and activity detection algorithms for the company’s first connected health based product, Responder. Responder is a product aimed at supporting independent living, health and wellbeing through the use of mobile and wearable technologies. A software application, utilising the physiological data of heart rate and movement data (accelerometer) recorded from a smartwatch and/or smartphone will be used to support robust and clinically relevant, activity, fall and seizure detection algorithms with the aim of providing people with chronic conditions and their carers increased peace of mind.
