Tina McKenzie is the CEO of Staffline Ireland, spearheading the opening of the business in 2013 and building it from the ground up into one of the largest recruitment agencies in Ireland today with offices in every key city.
She is the National Chair for Policy and Advocacy of the Federation of Small Businesses UK, President of the Consular Association for Northern Ireland (appointed in 2022) and Honorary Consul to Finland. She is a visiting Professor at Ulster University. Tina has extensive board and governance experience and is due to take up a board role with the Ireland Funds in June 2023.
Through her multitude of roles Tina mentors aspiring entrepreneurs via her local and international business networks. She has played a leading role in the Brexit and post Covid-19 economic recovery plans in both the UK and Ireland, serving as a member of the NI Executive’s Economic Advisory Group and as Chair of the Government appointed Stakeholder group tasked with implementing better Health and Safety practices for employers operating in today’s modern workplace.
Tina has collected a number of coveted business awards including the Women In Business Person of the Year 2022; the Life Time Achievement Awards at the Belfast Telegraph Business Awards 2020; Business Personality of the Year Business Eye Awards 2018 and Director of the Year Award at the Institute of Directors Awards 2017.
