Her agency THINKHOUSE grows sales for major international brands and organisations across multiple sectors including Food & Drink, Entertainment, Education, Tourism and Automotive. The agency partners with brands such as Heineken Ireland, Netflix, Tourism Ireland, Creative Ireland, Keelings and Unilever to help them grow through progressive marketing and brand building.
Through a relentless focus on creative innovation, cultural relevance and better business practices; THINKHOUSE delivers services across 3 x key areas - TRANSFORMATION, PLANET and FAME. In 2015 she established The Youth Lab; an insights and C-Suite advisory practice that helps Business leaders see the world through the eyes of the next generation; preventing them from slipping into irrelevancy.
THINKHOUSE was part of the interagency group that delivered seven Cannes Lions at the Cannes Lions Festival of Creativity this year for its client Heineken Ireland. Working in collaboration with Publicis Dublin and Le Pub (Amsterdam), the campaigns set a new Irish record for winning the most Cannes Lions; 8 in 2024 and 7 in 2025.
