Together with his wife and business partner, Jackie, Brian founded Deli Lites Ireland back in 1998. Starting with a modest 30 sandwiches per day, sales quickly grew, and demand for Deli Lites products led to expanding both manufacturing and offering. Today, Deli Lites’ export a range of products internationally and produce over 25 million products annually. But Deli Lites and Brian’s success has been no accident.
His visionary leadership has earned him numerous accolades, including the EY Entrepreneur International Finalist in 2021 and the International IODNI Director of the Year in 2020.
But Brian's passion for learning does not end there. His commitment to personal and professional growth is evident through his pursuit of several certifications, including the Harvard Disruptive Innovation Certificate, IESE Leadership for Growth Certified, and IOD Diploma in Company Direction 2023.
As a B Corp Certified CEO, Brian is committed to promoting sustainable business practices, recognising the importance people, profit, and the planet. Deli Lites recently achieved the distinction of being the world's first B-Corporation sandwich manufacturer, setting a new standard for ethical and sustainable business practices.
