Tony has 25+ years in senior consulting, pre-sales, and has contributed significantly to global procurement projects, including Westminster Wireless City and collaborations with various international Departments of Health, Education, and Communications amongst buyers and to over 500 SME suppliers in public and private competitions.

In 2014, he founded TenderScout/Orbidal from where mentoring and ups killing across over 5,000 competitions, he notably enhancing SME participation (Ireland, Northern Ireland and UK primarily) and success rates, increased SME capability of winning and capacity to grow in these markets. Tony launched Bidable in 2023, an innovative platform integrating AI into tendering processes.

Tony is a renowned procurement mentor, whose expertise and effective training methods have significantly impacted SMEs and various industries. In 2023, his webinars were delivered on an all-Ireland basis to over 500 SMEs, demonstrating his extensive influence. Tony's 10-part training program, instrumental in training 40 Lithuanian SMEs, showcases his strategic and in-depth mentoring approach, catering to a wide spectrum of tendering aspects.

His workshops, frequently conducted for Skillnets and diverse SMEs, focus on enhancing tendering skills and understanding.
