Leah has over 25 years industry experience in Finance, Operations, People and Change Management, Coaching & Mentoring. She had led and supported transformational business change in process and services with specific experience in building SME’s from infancy.

Leah is an experienced Personal, Business and Executive Coach and has extensive relationship management experience which ensures her approach is practical, effective and carries out the tasks at hand quickly and efficiently. Leah will work collaboratively and as part of the Team.

Her experience as a Director of a Charitable and Social Enterprise organisation in an advisory capacity has been to focus on advising the Senior Operations and Bid Tender Team on local and cross border tender opportunities. These are specifically in the field of young start up’s and SME’s and for tendering to public sector contracts. As part of this Advisory Director position, Leah’s role is to approve and support on the opportunities to tender for public sector contracts and work collaboratively with the Bid Team in successful sourcing, reviewing documentation for tender submission and measurement of the delivery method thereof.

Prior to moving into a full- time consultancy role, Leah has been on the business front working within her own Training Company responding directly as part of Consortium Bids for Public Tenders and has led on these Tender Bids. In her Private and Corporate career, Leah has worked with Public and Government bodies to support their efforts in the budget management and development of publicly tendered work for current and future tenders. She has therefore experience of working on the end to end process of public tendering, Ireland and UK wide with practical application and a hands-on approach.
