Denise has more than 20 years experience in Management Consultancy, during this time she has built up a wealth of experience in the field of tendering for public sector contracts. Prior to moving into her current role, she worked for BDO Stoy Hayward and had responsibility for feeding into public sector tenders for the marketing and management consultancy department.

In 2006, Denise joined Full Circle Management Solutions Ltd, her role involved not only identifying and submitting public sector tender requests on behalf of Full Circle, but also advising client businesses on their approach to public sector tendering.

During her time with Full Circle, Denise has worked with the senior management team to identify, select and bid successfully for public sector contracts on behalf of the Company. These contracts have predominately been in NI / ROI & GB.

Furthermore, Denise has worked with and supported a number of SMEs in their efforts to both identify, craft and submit public sector tenders. These companies have ranged from professional supplies and services, marketing and print through to utilities.

Denise provides practical support to companies at all or various stages of the tendering process, this includes but not limited to the following: company registration on relevant tender sites, setting up internal systems that feed into all stages of the tender process, from taking the decision to tender or not based on company criteria, right through to review and tender submission. Denise will work with companies to put in place systems and procedures to ensure that tendering becomes an integral part of the company’s sales activity.
