- This support is only available to SMEs with less than 250 staff and less than £40m/€50m turnover.
- An application must only relate to online/digital development support.
- A company is permitted to have only one project active at any point in time.
- Satisfaction of the eligibility criteria for this support does not guarantee that an application will be successful. InterTradeIreland reserves the right to fund only those applications, which, in the opinion of InterTradeIreland, best meet the objectives.
- The funding amount is non-transferable to any other InterTradeIreland programme.
- The funding is provided under the European Commission Regulation on De Minimis Aid and Chapter 3 (subsidy control chapter) of the EU-UK Trade and Cooperation Agreement. A false declaration by a business resulting in the relevant thresholds being exceeded could later give rise to the aid being recovered with interest.
- Company registration numbers may be checked via the Companies House website or via the Companies Registration Office.
- Companies participating in this support acknowledge that their client/professional relationship shall be strictly with the chosen consultant nominated to deliver the project. InterTradeIreland assumes no duty of care towards any company, nor shall it have any liability whatsoever or howsoever arising in connection with the appointment by the company of a consultant (including without limitation for any loss or damage incurred in connection with advice received from a consultant). InterTradeIreland is not responsible for any additional costs or expenses of the company other than those payable by it pursuant to Digital Sales Support Programme.
- Participating companies much ensure that they have the capacity to devote the necessary time and resources to successfully complete the project within the 12 week project duration, as otherwise the support may be withdrawn.
- Submission of this application shall constitute an acknowledgement of the business’s acceptance of these terms and conditions.
