Ciaran Gilsenan

Ciaran Gilsenan is the All-Island Director of HBAN, an Angel Investment network on the Island of Ireland. HBAN is supported by a regional network comprising Dogpatch Labs, PorterShed, RDI, Republic of Work and Ormeau Baths. Prior to HBAN Ciaran was the COO of Dogpatch Labs, where he also managed a portfolio of over 200 companies with multiple exits. Ciaran was also the Founder and CEO of a GovTech startup which he ran for 6 years in the US and Ireland. Ciaran holds a Degree in Civil Engineering from University of Dundee.
