Emma from Infinite Consulting, an accredited member of the Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP), has over 14 years experience in public and private sector tendering. Emma’s experience has come from a mix of industry experience where she worked at senior management level and as a consultant and business coach.

Emma specialises in bid management and training, thereby offering total management and completion of bids on behalf of her clients, as well as offering training and coaching to her clients in order to complete their own bids and support them in building their own bid teams. Emma covers the entire bid process from identifying opportunities to how to answer tender questions and finally how to obtain feedback and implement continuous bid improvement processes.

Emma is passionate about helping companies within various industries achieve their growth potential through winning tender opportunities. Emma’s specialities lay within tendering in construction, engineering, supplies & services, utilities and education to name a few.

Emma is experienced in sourcing and obtaining bid opportunities for below threshold opportunities. She specialises in helping small businesses get ‘their foot in the door’ with their key customers. This process is vital for small businesses who do not meet the criteria for higher value tenders and who need to build their portfolio on delivering their services to the public sector.

The approach taken to mentoring is dependent on the individual needs of each client. Emma is flexible in her approach and is happy to educate and empower her clients to complete their own bid submissions.
