InterTradeIreland in partnership with NI Water are delighted to announce that they are delivering a Supplier Engagement event on 21st November 2019 in the Titanic Belfast.
Building on the success of last year's event, 2019 is another exciting opportunity for new and existing contractors and suppliers across a diverse range of sectors to join with NI Water in helping to deliver what matters to their customers.
The event will have three zones:
- Pipeline Opportunities & Strategic Contractors
New this year; budget holders from across NI Water and NI Water Alpha are looking for Innovation focusing on Energy, Calm Networks/Smart Networks (including wastewater and leakage) and Data Analytics/AI. The ever popular Research, Development and Innovation team will also be on hand to discuss other innovation opportunities.
Operational contract managers and procurement staff will be on hand to discuss the wide range of tenders and pipeline of opportunities across a host of supplies and services. You will have the opportunity to introduce your company to some of NI Water's Strategic Contractors; these are some of NI Waters Tier 1 Suppliers; Meridian Utilities Ltd, Grahams Facilities Management, McAllister Bros Ltd, Magdalene Ltd, Geda Construction, Farrans and BSG Civil Engineering to discuss potential sub-contracting opportunities.

Ervia supply chain staff will also be in attendance. Ervia is a commercial semi-state company based in Ireland providing the strategic national gas and water infrastructure and services that underpin the growth of the Irish economy. Through their regulated business; Gas Networks Ireland, they build and operate one of the most modern and safe gas networks in the world and through Irish Water, Ervia is responsible for the operation and maintenance of Ireland's water and wastewater assets. Ervia's third business; Aurora Telecom, provides high quality dark fibre broadband infrastructure.
Ervia has a pivotal role to play in enhancing the environment, leading the transition to a low carbon energy system, protecting precious water resources and increasing resilience.
